Cheaply constructed using soft plastic for critical high stress points, leaving me to think it's functional life span will likeky be measured in days or weeks but certainly not months or years. For a tool like this plastic just isn't gonna cut it, a bike repair stand is subject to all kinds of pressures from different weird angles, which I quite certain this repair stand would not be able to withstand. It's unfortunate because it's low price make it extremly attractive for somebody who just wants to maybe tune their bike up but does want to invest a lot of money in the process. In my mind this could best be thought of as almost a disposable bike repair stand. Other aspects of the stand rate well, it's easy to fold up for storage, easily adjustable and isn't terribly heavy. The astonishingly poor choice of a soft plastic material with non adjustable pop rivets to connect the legs to center upright of the stand that are the deal breaker.

The Teraysun Bike Repair Stand is a valuable addition for any bike enthusiast who prefers to handle routine bike maintenance at home. While it may not boast the highest level of professional-grade quality, it serves exceptionally well for home mechanics who perform regular cleaning and minor repairs, with major maintenance tasks still being handled at a bike shop.Setting up the stand is generally straightforward, though the instructions could benefit from more clarity. Once assembled, the stand proves to be quite sturdy for its intended purpose. It features an adjustable height that simplifies tasks such as brake bleeding, and the tilting capability adds an extra layer of convenience for various maintenance tasks. Several quick release clamps make adjusting the height and/or attaching/releasing the bike a breeze. The small plastic feet, while may look flimsy, they prevent surfaces from getting scratched. I would add, rubber pads or something to prevent them from slipping. One of the standout features is its compact design. The stand folds away easily, making storage simple and hassle-free when not in use. Additionally, the integrated storage tray is a thoughtful touch, allowing you to keep tools, nuts, and bolts organized and within reach while working. The smaller compartments in the tray help keep everything neatly arranged, preventing small items from getting lost. The addition of a magnetic strip on the tray was a thoughtful addition.Overall, the Teraysun Bike Repair Stand offers all the essential features needed for effective home bike maintenance. Its combination of sturdiness, adjustability, and compact storage makes it a practical choice for those who perform regular upkeep on their bikes. For the price, it delivers solid performance and convenience, making it a worthwhile investment for DIY bike care.

This clearly is not a "bike shop quality" repair stand. It looks a little like a toy. A lot of the parts are plastic, and probably not super durable. With heavier bikes (like the fat bike in my photo) the clamp holding the arm cannot be tightened enough to keep it from twisting, although the extra pole (labeled "quick release pole" in the diagram) will help somewhat to prevent this. It says it holds 66 lbs in the description and claims 110lbs on the box but I'm not sure if I believe either of those (however, unless you have a large ebike you're not going to be anywhere near that weight.) Also the main clamp that holds the bike doesn't open wide enough to grab a frame with really burly tubing, like the folding bike in my other photo. But in the case of that folding bike I was able to clamp it on the seatpost, which worked fine. All that being said, I still really like it. It's very easy to set up, move, store and use. It makes working on my bikes MUCH easier. I am very much not a bike mechanic, I just need to do basic work on my bikes periodically and it's a huge pain to do it without a stand. I never bought one before because most of them are expensive and I figured I can just deal with the hassle of turning the bike upside down to adjust the brakes or whatever. But after using this, it's just SO MUCH better that I never want to turn a bike upside down to work on it again. If some day it falls apart I can consider a higher quality one but for now this one works well for my needs.

This is my second bike stand and it has some differences that I like and some that I don't... I got back into cycling and building bikes recently and it's nice to have a second stand when you have a project on the other. This is a decent stand for the price and easy to use but I do have a few complaints and suggestions to get the best use out of it. This stand has 4 feet that spread out to make it stable but they feel a little wobbly and not very heavy duty... It performs best on level surfaces and be careful not to over tighten the clamps because they're plastic. I like that you can rotate it easily unlike my other stand that has gears you have to engage. I noticed it's not as heavy as my other stand but not as stable either but an overall good value...
