UPDATE: Seller accepted the return with a full refund. Satisfied with the return process, although I'm probably not going to try a renewed product again.Received item almost 10 days after scheduled delivery. Item arrived with obvious signs of wear (light wear expected as this was renewed) and scratches. The screen is not attached to the body. I didn’t even bother turning it on as I’m not paying for an already damaged product. Initiated the return, but now I have to wait another 48 hours for them to “approve” the return. Not happy with my purchase at all.
