LOVE this blanket. I have a senior retired Saddlebred mix who wears a blanket late fall through spring to keep him toasty and dry against the elements. It has front clasps instead of threading a buckle makes it easy to put on and remove, nice big tail flap, criss cross surcingle and leg straps. It's heavier than expected, fits well over his big shoulders with no rubbing, and holds up to WI Winter well, not to mention the deep red color is so classy on my old guy. Saving this in my favorites to purchase a few more for next year hopefully.

I received this product in late January. Within one week, the sewing on the belly strap came undone and was lost in the field. The rain stopped and we didn't put it on again for a few weeks. The next time we put it on, the threading on the back leg strap came unwound and it was gone. I tried to tie it back on but the next morning, the blanket was on the ground with the inside all torn up.At the same time we purchased this one, we also paid considerably for a rain blanket from a brand called Professional. So, far, it has held up famously and I have now learned that you get what you pay for.Sadly, it was a total waste of money.

We got 10 inches of rain in 4 days. Rain sheets never got saturated and kept horses dry.

Bought this blanket as I was heading to the mountains and it is always sure to rain....which it did. A downpour to be exact. This blanket worked great. You could watch the water bead off the blanket. We will see what happens next time when it rains. However, at the moment, I would definitely recommend this blanket. FYI: There is no fill so should not be used for source of warmth.

This turnout sheet has worked great for my foster Arab! I wanted to keep her warm & dry, but she already has a winter coat. So not too warm. This is perfect for when we have a few nights in the 20s here in central FL. I measured her & bought the 72" which fits like it was made for her. A very well made sheet which has held up to her rolling staying in place too. I would buy this turnout sheet again when the need arises. A very reasonable price!
