The instructions are included and was very easy! Love the progressive type of shift when giving it throttle. It still shifts nice and easy regular driving.

Easy to install. I set it up as firmly as it can go (“race only” or whatever they claim), and it’s a really nice positive shift. Not bone jarring like the instructions would have you believe.

Just as described. I would have liked if it came with the Sprags though . For 235 it should have all the possible parts including sprags and springs.
