This product does work and surprisingly well for example it will find exactly what they say it will!But this product was smaller than expected. Should’ve read better I guess when it comes to magnetic field size doesn’t matter, so I’m gonna get a kick out of this thing because it does work, and I couldn’t beat the price, so there it is overall it’s a good thing if you’re into it if not, skip it I would recommend it for adults who have a kid in them on for the kids to learn basic things about magnetic fields they might get a kick out of it as well

I could have paid a little more and got something fancier but, this works just fine.It’s a little stiff but, Once it broken in I am sure it will work for me for years to come.

This the coolest magnetic demo device that you can get . True geeks would want it to be more precisely balanced with jewel bearings and hardened steel pivots. That said the plastic pivots work fairly well and it rotates about it's gimbals nicely. I have wanted one of these from the first time I saw one so I finally caved and got one and it is now one of my favorite toys in my science collection.
