Perhaps I missed something, but when I bought this I didn't expect to have to weave the ribbon through the letters and the plastic through the hangers, but there you have it. That being said, it wasn't hard and it looks good, so not horrible. I only used the banner. The ribbon is actually like balloon tail, so I deducted one star for the DIY surprise and one for the durability of the ribbon. It broke when I tried to curl it

Cute item but it does not come put together. You have to string and assemble every piece
