To have a decent amount of lights I have to light at least 2 to 3 times. Oil doesn’t burn for 2.5 hrs as promised and close to half of the oil is waisted!

This item is horrible. The individual oil cups are poorly assembled and do not burn very well.This item is a disappointment!DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!

This was thrown inside a generic box that was spotted with oil because they spilled. The cups are defective with the wicks loose and floating around and most not long enough to light. They stop burning very fast leaving more than half of the oil not being used. Absolute trash product. Shame on Amazon for allowing this to be sold to their customers.

I have been buying these pre filled oil glasses for a long time. These particular ones are the best. They contain pure olive oil, a fabulous wick, long lasting and easy to use. Unbelievable light ! I stopped using candles because of the dripping wax. I discovered these ore filled glasses and never looked back. Excellent price, best quality and long lasting. I highly recommend this. Make it easy on yourself!

The blue plastic covers are a little bit hard to remove so they don't leak but they also are completely open under them so be careful! The blue covers do not fit well into my menorah sockets and the stems of the plastic cups (the cups are plastic not glass) do not make a positive fit into the blue caps either. Everything is a little on the cheap side, but if you're used to working with oil cups. There are better (more expensive) glass vial type oil chanukah candles that are just a better product all around, but for what these plastic cups are they provide a pleasant light, none to little smoke. They don't use all their oil up before they burn out as well. You'll see about a 1/3 of the cup still in the bottom, but they have a good burn time well over half hour.

It needs a cover over the side that has the wick to holf it in place and stop oil from pouring out.I have an Israeli menorah meant for oil and wick. The base provided does not fit in the cup. I had to press hard to wedge it in a little so it wont tip. Took some aluminum foil and cut out a circle larger than the rim on the top . made a hole in the center for the wick to stick out. It gets supported by the foil. Without it the part holding the wick tips to the side and is dangerous for spilling out oil outdies the cup. Has to usethe stick included to light the wick as I cant picl up the Shammos without it tipping .A very pore design. With a little fixes it would be good, such as mamking the plastic bases fit different size menorah cups, weight it so it doesn’t tip. Oil sealed inside with wick that is anchored,Now that I have used it I will add Dont buy it. The oil pours out when you try to put cup in menorah. The part that goes into the menorah is too short and doesn’t hold it. The bases given are horrible. They don’t fit in menorah and don’t hold cup securely. I had to now add putty to hold everything in place which is messy as the oil spills out. All this makes it a fire hazard. Next year I will find something else,

I've been using pre filled glass vials in my menorah for many years. I usually buy the Ner Light. This time I made the mistake of trying something new. This item.The vials were too fat to fit into my menorah cups. I had to balance them on top of the brass cups. These come with a blue plastic cap which is near impossible to remove. When you do manage to get the cover off and the oil splashes all over, the wick, which is fit into a metal tube becomes dislodged from it's seat.Getting it back in is a slippery, sloppy task. The wick manages to resubmerge making lighting near impossible. You are supposed to remove the plastic top and reassemble it to the bottom to use as a seat in the menorah cup. They were way too big to fit into my menorah cups so i had to balance them on the cups edge to get them to stay. Of course after this, it required a careful watch so ensure that they did not tumble out and burn the house down.To make matters worse most of them extinguished themselves when they were half way down the glass vial. The set was supplied with one wax wand to help light the candles. The wand lasted four nights. After that you're on your own. For some reason this set came with a flimsy plastic vial holder set up like a menorah. It's not clear what it was for since there were no directions nor suggestions with this shipment.If Judah the Maccabee had this set 2000 years ago he would have had a find another way to light the temple for 8 days.

I ordered this product and was disappointed when I reached inside the package and my hand got all oily. It turned out that in spite of the bubble-packaging, the plastic container holding all the oil had cracked, causing a slight mess. Everything was still usable, but I was a little upset to be oily, so I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund. The seller immediately told me they had already issued a COMPLETE refund. I am so impressed with the prompt and considerate response. I would definitely recommend the seller and the product!
