Make sure your wall is big enough! This comprehensive poster is legit! I use it so much and others find it fascinating as well.

I dislike the fact that they used UPS Sure Post. It said it was delivered yesterday... well, it was to USPS, in Mobridge... 7 miles away. We are 6 miles away from UPS.But the good news is that it was not crushed and damaged. Maybe packaging staff will be more careful in putting it in the tube, possible some kind of gentle, removable tape so that the poster does NOT slam around in the tube in shipping. Would save you a TON of replacements, as I see I am not the first one to have this issue.Beautiful poster. Appears to be anatomically correct.

Received this a lot earlier than expected and the poster came out amazing. no defects no cuts no scratches no bends at any cornersbut it is a lot bigger than I expected but I love it even more because of the size! There is nothing I dislike about it. The artwork and precise layout of the muscle anatomy is perfect and correctπŸ’―

I love the giant poster. It fits in well at my office space. My only complaint was the packaging. It was obvisously bent while it was being package and my poster has multiple creases down the center that will not flatten out. The poster itself is very accurate and I use it daily for reference and as a teaching tool for my clientelle.

I have this in my massage office. It is a big hit with the clients and a very large size so easy to read and point out the muscles as they work together in groups. Hangs easily on the wall with the 3 holes. It is rolled up so it has to be trained to be straight on the wall. I just used a little bit of tape.

excellent chart labelling muscles / ligaments in great details.I have it on display in my treatment room and can fairly easily read from a short distance + use it to explain to clients where the problem is / how it links to other areas of body.Great quality too.

Excellent for physicians, residents, medical students, as a nice and easy reference when talking to patients or even continuing education at home for a reference guide. I like the anatomical cut-aways, which shows the most possible structures while still showing all the muscles underneath each layer, as well as being able to follow origin and insertion points, making fundamental understanding of their action solidify every time I glance at it. It's a great size, as indicated by picture. Arrived early and intact. I may buy more of these in the future for other clinic rooms of mine to use in practice to show patients. Highly recommend this for the price.

As a massage therapist interested in treating the body and helping my clients understand the whole body connection this poster has been very useful in helping my clients visualize what hurts and how the connection to other supporting muscles. Pulse it gives my office a clinical feel. I would not want it any smaller. The life size form helps to see while I'm working on a body, and helps the Clients see the real scale of the muscles interrelationship to each other.

I've a small fitness room at home and thought this chart would make a good addition for one of the walls. Well, it just arriveda few minutes ago and its just perfect. The dimensions in the description for the chart read 3 x 3 x 48. I would suspect that's pretty much describing the shipping tube. You should not have any concerns over the size of this chart, its huge and everything is very readable. In fact, it was so big i just finished measuring it: 48w x 62h.The chart has 3 circular metal eyelets at the top for easy hanging. For my use, i just used 3 standard office stickpins to hang it on the wall.It is a plastic coated laminated chart, but its not a thick laminate so i can see it maybe starting to curl up from the bottom over time. But since i'm mounting it on a wall, i just put some stickpins on the bottom as well which worked out just fine.Overall, i'd certainly recommend for a home, gym, or school classroom.
