Although the smell is strong, we applied it to a sponge stapled onto a chunk of wood and placed one just under all each of the tires. Our RV is outside so you don’t smell the urine at all and doesn’t permeate into RV. We spray the sponges about once a week to keep fresh. 2 years and no mice and we live in a wooded area. Best money we’ve spent and is effective and proven to do the job!

The strong scent is overpowering at first, but keeps thos critters away. It is simple to use, just apply and walk away.

I spray once a WK indoors. I haven't seen any but I still catch a few on traps once I'm awhile for the mice. I don't hear anything in the walls.

I was applying this to the perimeter of my property as I live adjacent to several acres of woods and I get every type of animal you can imagine. As I was spraying it, I got quite a bit got onto my pants. I didn't think much of it and I had to get going to my kid's soccer match. While sitting in the bleachers I noticed that people were sitting near me then getting up and walking away. One woman looked at me and asked "Sir, I don't mean to be rude but did you pee on yourself" I just asked her the same question and suggested she go changer her depends at least once a day.This was an added benefit as not only did it keep rodents away, it kept those annoying soccer moms away!

I have a rat that keeps getting into my cars engine area. I put a camera under the hood after I sprayed the urine all over and the rat walked right in it. It did not scare the rat away. Seems like a good product it just does not keep rats away.

Best Product Ever! We were infested with rats...very large rats that started breading. We could hear them in the attic and walls, sounded like a heard of them. Called out exterminators, they said we had at least twenty and they wanted $2,000 and that was only to "try" and catch them(which we already baited traps, with not luck). We sent out for Bobcat urine in gel and spray. We sprayed tennis balls with the spray and then threw them under the house and into the attic.We sprayed the Wicks and pushed them into open holes and down vents. The wicks do not drip we placed the gels behind the washer/dryer, chests etc. anywhere we thought they would travel. We deliberately did not put anything in the garage and placed large traps with peanut butter on bread. After that first evening we never heard the rats again, within the structure of our home. *** Test Results...we did catch 3 rats (6-8 inches body length) in the garage and none since. it has been 3 weeks and not one bit of evidence that they are still here. Excellent Product.In addition, after eliminating the rats, we boarded up areas that were accessible to them, including screens and cutting trees that over hung the house. This is the prevention...The Bobcat urine was the Exterminator.
