I bought this kit to apply 2 coats of ceramic and 1 coat of top coat to a full-size sedan. Unfortunately, the suede cloths left a large amount of lint on the car each time I swapped them out. It would take half a panel for the shedding to cease. I've purchased many Rag Company products, so I was truly disappointed with the quality and how poorly the cloths performed.

I purchased this Applicator Kit to apply a ceramic coat on my vehicle. I found this product to be very disappointing. It absorbed too much of the ceramic product rather than applying it in the vehicle surface. The cloth applicators that came with the CarPro ceramic was far superior to these cloth applicators. Would not recommend them.

Simply OK....I ended up taping them on to the block because they didn't stay in the slots on the block. Worked ok but next time will buy a microfiber square block. Better results, less worry.

Could you build this yourself, I am sure but why risk it with coatings..I have been doing the hold the coating cloth on the back of the Meguiar rubber sanding block for years.- had a set just for coatings.That Got the job done, but fingers would get sore doing an entire vehicle.Why did nobody tell me Rag company made these..More so why did they not show in my searches when restocking small coating towels.If you have sore fingers from holding that 4x4 towel around some foam block - give these a try. If you are good, keep these in your vehicle list here on Amazon, you will be back for them when you get older.

It’s a good idea to wrap the cloth and tuck it into the foam block. I still had some issues with the cloth moving around. Not all coatings are super slick while applying.Nice kit though. Good value. The cloths are soft and didn’t scratch.

The Rag Company is a known brand in the detailing world so seeing a coating applicator was nice. You get 20 4" x 4" suede cloths and I usually use this for applying ceramic coating on my car. I am also a big user of Rags to Riches from them so this goes well with reusing it. Overall satisfied.
