Sip and Soothe With a Daily Cup of Green Tea
Like all tea, green tea is a varietal of the Camellia sinensis bush. But unlike black and oolong teas, it is not oxidized and undergoes less processing so it retains more of its beneficial properties, including polyphenols, which are strong antioxidants.

Step 1
Fill the kettle with fresh, filtered water and heat to just short of boiling.

Place one tea bag in your cup, pour in 6 oz of water and infuse for one to three minutes.

I like this brand very much. I love that the peach flavor is natural tasting. I use the green ginger peach tea for the added benefits the green tea provides. The white tea ginger peach is a bit smoother, but green tea is purported to have more health benefits.
