This tilt trim pump motor fits my 2015 F200XB 2.8L 4 cylinder Yamaha outboard. It has the Showa trim and tilt unit and a 4 bolt flange. The description on Amazon said that it wouldn't work on 200-300 hp 4 strokes. They should have worded it differently, and said that it wouldn't work with the V-6 4 strokes. The wire harness is shorter than the original one, so I routed it differently. If you are planning on doing this job yourself, you'll need a flat blade screwdriver, a 1/4" drive socket set with a 10 mm socket and an extension, and a snap ring pliers. Also make sure to get a bottle of tilt and trim fluid. The entire job took about 25 minutes after I had help lifting the motor and putting it on the stands.
