The Snow globe is nice, but unfortunately it was broken when it got here. I totally get that things happen, just a bit irritating that the only option for replacement requires me to return it UPS and then get my refund a couple of days after they receive it, and then purchase another one.

This snow globe was not a disappointment. I ordered it for my 2 year old granddaughter and she was very excited. She’s in love with it. It’s a great quality. And and I would highly recommend it.

Don’t waste your time, order directly from San Francisco Music Box Company!!! I tried to order a snow globe version of our music box we got from them from the 90’s/00’s (piece in the picture) but the first one arrived with dad floating around the snow globe, they sent a replacement and the same thing. Dad was broken off and floating around the globe.Best bet is to order directly from the company then through Amazon. Still awaiting a refund even though both pieces were sent back!!

My granddaughter asked for a snow globe for her B-day, she is starting a collection. I had bought one before from this company and she loved it as she does this one now.

1. My three-year-old loved this at Christmas.2. She dropped it and it didn't break.3. She still enjoys it four months later.It's kitsch, but who cares when you're three? It has penguins and snow. All good.
