Based on the suggestions from other twin moms I ordered the twin-z pillow. It’s essentially a “boppy” for two babies. My little girls love to lounge in it and we plop it on the chaise part of our couch and keep an eye on them. It’s also helpful in double feeding both babies. I also love that the cover is easy to slip on and off for being machine washable because accidents do happen. It also is made of a minky material which is really soft. I haven’t used this for breast feeding but a lot of other moms in my social groups rave about it. This is definitely a good item to splurge on!

Perfect for my twin girls as a place to sit as I take turns feeding them! Edited to add we now feed both of them at the time using this pillow. It saves us so much time! One of the best things we have purchased for our twins.

Saved me with my twins ! It's super comfortable and provides excellent support for both babies during breastfeeding or bottle feeding. The pillow is soft but firm enough to keep them propped up comfortably.

I have used this pillow every day since the twins were born. I use it to tandem nurse (I feel it’s impossible without it lol I refuse to tandem if I don’t have it!!) , I use it for tummy time, lounging, bottle feeds, and for myself 😂 . When they were newborns I put a blanket over it and clipped the straps so they wouldn’t sink in. Now they’re bigger and move wayyy too much so I don’t let them nap in it anymore. If something happened to this pillow I might have a mental breakdown lol. I love it that much. This is my #1 item for a mom of multiples.
