Seems to be good quality. I'll put a nicer edge on this but as it comes it is ok. I just like a nice edge. Handle is nice hardwood with a round expanding wedge to secure to axe head.Looks and feels tight.Setting up my cedar target so will update for throwing balance later.

You are not going to be throwing this with one hand unless you have some really strong Popeye forearms, this thing is a beast. One of the nicest looking and well made axes I have put my hands on. The wood for the handle is just beautiful and well finished and the axe head is very nicely machined and super sharp. Super heavy duty and very nicely balanced. This is definitely a two handed axe.

If you can't get spin with this axe, you're already dead. The head is beefy and the handle is great for two-handed throws - you will get great motion without recruiting your wrists. I can put some insane distance on it and I've not been worried about whether it will be damaged. It feels very high quality. If your new-ish to axe throwing and you've been to an axe-throwing night, this is going to be close to the kind of axe those bars/clubs often use.I was honestly surprised by how good it feels. We'll see how well it holds up, but so far I have no reason to believe it is any worse than other axes at this price point and, possibly, a little better.

This tool is very nice for less than $50. I do not do any type of competitive throwing, so I am not able to provide any details on the balance and ease of use. But the machining of the ax head looks pretty solid. The metal is decent quality and the handle as well. Overall, I think this is a nice piece to experiment with, use for some camp duties, or just hang on the wall as a cool item to display.

While advertised as a throwing axe, I find it works well as a small brush axe even better. Handle and head are sturdy, as they should be. Comfortable grip, though I find handle length a bit longer than preferred, even when using as a throwing axe.Only other issue is that the blade, like all budget axes, is dulled and requires sharpening. It does take and hold an edge well at least.
