Less than 2 months & the unit isn't producing O3I contacted the company, will report back if and when the issue is resolved or the unit is replaced.Edit: The company responded quickly and mailed me out a new unit, but they sent the wrong item!Sent out a second unit, and its not producing O3.

Received the unit, however, I'm not sure what to do with it or how to use it. There are parts included that I don't know what to do with them and the instruction manual is worthless - no helpful or useful. information. Customer service doesn't answer calls.
