Install instructions are poorly written and most are not in english.. Far from plug and play and a simple install. Nothing I tried worked at all. No support. contacted support and only got information for a return. don't waste your time with this unit.

This receipt printer could be easier to program (install correct driver) but other than that it works really wellm

When I purchased this printer it was to print 4x6 mailing labels for my side hustle. This printers description clearly stated it had the ability to print the labels I needed it to print. However upon arrival, I find out it's a point of sale receipt printer. Returning for refund.

This is smaller than anticipated, and doesn’t come with the sticker paper as pictured. Still works fine, but requires additional purchase of a roll of labels.
