No instructions included, so look at old unit when removing for proper orientation of this unit. Be certain to try blade, prior to reinstalling toilet. It can be installed wrong and it will not operate, although the blade will not operate. Factory unit, so it works when installed properly.

Item was good but leak hasn't stopped even after installation of new seal and blade.I am not sure which one didn't do the job but that was a lot of waste of time .
