I purchased a used violin for my son and it needed new strings. These came in quickly and were easy to install. They sound great after a few plays

I really like these strings except for the E string which has a harsh, "tin" sound. The other three strings are excellent and produce pleasing sound. I use the Dominant G, D, and A, but switch the E with a Kaplan golden spiral. I wish Dominant would improve their E string so I could have a complete set.

I am not a violin player but my daughter is. It was easy to mount them and they sounded great to her compared to her older set. Will buy it again when it is time.
