The f-16c Viper hot as add-on grip features 19 action buttons in total, including two 8-way Hat switches, one 4-way Hat Switch with push button, one metal trigger, two push buttons and two pinkie push buttons. It also includes one 8-way "point of view" Hat Switch, for a high degree of realism. From its life-size structure to the realistic sensations when pushing buttons and using other controls, the f-16c Viper hot as add-on grip has been specially designed to be similar to the flight stick from the real f-16c Viper strike Fighter aircraft - whose outstanding versatility continues to make it a favourite of air forces around the globe, thanks to its adaptability in a wide variety of combat situations. Featuring native integration in the game digital combat Simulator via the dedicated dcs: f-16c Viper module (game and module sold separately), the f-16c Viper hot as add-on grip allows users to both rule the skies and provide unrivalled ground support. On se croirait tenir le vrai manche... La palette permet d'utiliser le pilote automatique sans enfoncer un bouton plus dur lorsqu'on veut effectuer des corrections, on ne la trouve pas sur des manches plus généralistes.

Used on my VPC WarBRD base with the stock springs. Its much heavier than the plastic grip I was using but feels great. My only negative is the break handle isn't an axis.

A versatile and quality drivin component for any Air Force aircraft simulation. The pressing and pulling of inputs adds all the realism to the feel and power of actually controlling simulations requiring realism. A must for all budding pilots of the military genre. Very pleased!!!!

I got this and immediately took it apart because it’s now the shifter in my jeep. I just wish I could hook the buttons up to something

I used to use another stick that was also based on F-16 stick (CH Fighterstick) so I was very accustomed to the button layout and overall ergonomics. The stick feels very solid in the hand, and the sheer weight was a surprise to be sure, but a pleasant one. Most buttons/hats/switches on the grip have a very nice feel, the only nitpick I have is that a couple of the buttons have quite a strong initial springiness to them only to have what feels like a normal tactile switch at the end of that long press, but you kind of get used to it.

We use this at my company Flightdeck RogueRacing in Anaheim where we have 8 fighter jet simulators. We’ve been using Thrustmaster sticks and throttles exclusively since we opened 18 years ago. Our hardware goes through a lot of use and I could say abuse so we usually have to replace a stick or throttle every 18 months to 24 months. I’m guessing we’ve bought over 160 of these and will continue to purchase as long as we can.
