Keeps the wind, rain, and snow off our little guy. The material is very durable and flexible even in the cold. We use this on our Thule Urban Glide 3 bassinet and it helps us get outside even on stormy days. The vents in the sides work to prevent condensation and allow me to reach in to check on the little guy. Great value to increase our stroller’s all weather use.
