Got this for my son who spends hours on the ski slopes. He says it is warm and comfortable. Our only complaint is the lack of any extra pockets. He doeant feel comfortable having his ski pass or money with him when the only pockets are the same you put your hands in and out of. Would be nice if there was either a smaller pocket on rhe exterior elsewhere, or an inside pocket that zips or velcro closes. Other than that, we love the functionality, thw ability to change layers around, and battery life.

This jacket is so awesome. I bought 2, one for my husband, and one for me. After we used them, I purchased one for my father too. He is a hunter, and he texted me just a few months ago bragging about how it was 20 degrees and he was warm and toasty in his jacket! Five stars and highly recommended!

They messaged back very quickly with a medium recommendation. unfortunately they rounded up and I am returning this for a small. most people don't include any measurements in their reviews, so I hope this helps."Hello, I am reviewing the size guide and would like to confirm. I had this replacement for some days now. How the jacket warm up with this battery pack smh I can’t figure it out. It’s not warming even tried you tube to help me out. No luck. Do it even heats up. Probably not. Mines not and I’m mad about it

I bought this for my 23 year old son for Christmas and it was a hit!! He hates being cold but likes a less bulky winter jacket. It is a two piece winter spring jacket with an inner removable shell. The heater pack has a convenient pocket and charging wire to recharge. He is absolutely loving it!! Would buy it again!!

Pros:- jacket uses a 5v USB A adapter- option to wear just the inner lining- overall pretty good against wind protection- the inner lining zipper pull is reversible, other brands aren't, which means this jacket is easy to unzip the inner lining, which you need to access for the heater button- battery is compact as advertised, uses numbers to indicate battery lifeCons:- not so much a con but a design limitation: you must unzip the inner lining a little bit to get at the heater button, not a huge deal, but other jackets without an inner lining, the heater button is located outside of the jacket- main pockets are small and not well lined- on low settings, I don't feel the heat on my chest, just the back- there's an odd area under the left armpit that gets warm- the cable plug to the battery pack is thin and probably prone to breaking if not careful

This is my 2nd TideWe jacket. First one I use for work so it's dirty hence why I bought a 2nd one. Warm, dry, comfortable and USB so non proprietary means you can use any power bank on it.

I have been wearing this several times. The product is made with light weight material with a soft and comfortable hand feel which is different from the expensive but rather plastic Goretex. Jacket is almost heated up once you hit the on/off button, and warmth is adequate for outdoor activities. A few more inner pockets and wider sleeve cuff will bring the product to perfection.

I was impressed with the initial quality upon opening the box!I bought this jacket for multiple purposes. I like the liner being separate from the jacket, that way I can take the liner out and use it with my dedicated hunting coat. The jacket itself is a very nice material and seems like it will stand up to wind and rain well. I'm looking forward to trying the liner out while hunting this season, as well as using the jacket with and without the liner.I normally wear medium shirts, however I got this as a large. I probably would have been fine with the medium, however the large fits well and has nice adjustment cords at the bottom of both the liner and jacket.If this works like the heated liner I have for riding my motorcycle, it will work best with a thin base layer underneath. These elements are made to have close contact with skin, therefore, having a thick sweatshirt underneath it with another shirt under that won't get the right effect. I tried it out briefly after opening the box and had just a t-shirt on and it started getting warm within about 30-45 seconds. These are meant to provide enough heat to bring your body temp up. I plan to turn it on intermittently while sitting in my tree stand, as well as seeing how it does to keeping it on low for an extended period, so that I can best gauge how well it works. I keep my motorcycle jacket liner turned on the whole time while riding, but that's an entirely different application. I have been fine using heated gloves by turning them on and off as needed while sitting there, so I imagine this will be similar. I do plan on having a spare battery pack with me though!As for now, I am impressed with the jacket and liner both. I will update my review after opportunities to use them in multiple scenarios.***EDIT***I've had the chance to use this while hunting in 30° F and snow. I wore it with just a t-shirt underneath and my coveralls and hunting jacket over top. I was warm for a couple of hours after walking into the woods without this being turned on. After sitting and cooling off, I then turned this on to low and stayed warm after feeling the elements activate very quickly. I was at roughly 60% after about 3 hours of use and plugged it in to charge during lunch. I went back out for about 5 hours in the afternoon and had the same experience as in the morning. As the snow continued to fall and temperature dropped, I turned up to medium and was nice and toasty.This is definitely designed to be worn as closely to the skin as possible for best results. I could feel the heat come on quickly and evenly. This is well worth the price for the liner alone, but having the outer shell to use with it, on its own, or in combinations is a huge plus!
