The product shows the handle as red and blue, what I got is black. No specification on a color preference or choice to indicate what was sent would not be what I ordered.Metal is good quality. Delivery was late. Rating is based on product being wrong color.

Thank you for getting these to me so quickly and providing a nice bag to keep them in.I am however a little disappointed. I was hoping to get the ones pictured (red, white & blue), as they would have stood out from my classmates if they get set down. Not returning them though, as that can be fixed easy enough with new wrap.(Taking a star just because I wasn’t sent exact ones pictured. I’m sorry)These feel as good as the one my sifu has for use in class.Yes, they are cold as they were just delivered LoL

These are exactly what you would expect for the price point. Handles are fine even though I prefer good athletic tape handles to the flat parachute cord type materials Kung fu weapons often have.Buy Tiger Claw brand you can't go wrong.

Although my fingers are small and I had to wrap some yarn around the ring, this item helped me to win the Texas State Karate Championships in 2010 in the Adult Amateur Specialty (weapons) division. With the proper instruction it could be great for forms competiton. Can't find sharpened ones though, so I wouldn't use it for self-defense.
