Made from lightweight laminated real wood called Paulownia, these boards are designed to break safely and easily. Like any martial arts practice, breaking should be practiced under the supervision of a qualified master.

I love these boards, they break very clean, and once you start stacking without spacers they get tough! My only complaint is the price, way to expensive, and are almost always out of the 4 packs
