Ordered the Air Force Bracelet. First time I received a police bracelet. Second time the bracelet looked beautiful but had an Army charm instead of Air Force. Very frustrating considering the bracelet is very pretty.

I chose the "Air Force" Bangle and I received a marines corps. Another review said the same thing. and there is no contact email. Very cute bracelet just wrong charm, they must not have the correct charm.
