The robot vacuum map randomly messes up and stretches itself out, this makes it where the robot won’t go in rooms to vacuum and instead say destination not reached and turn around to go to the charger station. Then it’ll fail to make it there and get stuck 4 feet from it. I do not recommend save your money and get something better.

Things that are great about this product are,Decent suction.Tracks and maps the house well.Our area is smaller so we can get multiple passes on all the rooms on a single charge. I think it was 80% after two whole passes on all the rooms.It will increase suction on carpet, kinda late but it does do it.You can also clean separate rooms on their own.Things I dislike are,Small bumps like 1" bumps or a bar can make it stuck because it doesn't bump the button to say something is there. So it continues to try and get over it.It doesn't have a sensor on top so we scratched it first day on a steel table it was trying to get under.Cartridge is quite small so it need to be emptied each time. Not a big deal but is something to consider.Not good for mutifloor homes. And large bumps or steps of course you have to do separate.Overall we like the product. It does what we need and keeps the areas tidy.

I was new to the world of robot vacuums. I ended up having to try three different brands because each had minuses and I wanted a perfect one.The 1st was a VIPSUN Z1 vacuum and mop. It did not have mapping or LiDAR navigation. At the time I didn’t know that both features are essential. This guy had the best suction , but not the features, that I discovered are essential. I returned it.The 2nd was an erabrospro LS1 vacuum/mop with mapping and LiDAR navigation. I was unimpressed with the mapping and navigation. I had to nudge it with the remote for it to get everything. I returned it.The 3rd, and final keeper, was the Tikom L9000 vacuum/mop with mapping and LiDAR navigation. The first time I ran it after mapping the house, it missed a spec in my hallway and seemed not to cover all the space. I was getting ready to return it for a 4th one, but I ran it two more times and decided this was the one. It navigated beautifully, was persistent in getting into corners and tight spaces, it truly learned the house, and it vacuumed methodically. I discovered that you can designate a specific room to clean. It was great for getting high traffic areas without having to do the whole house (not that it’s a hassle to clean all). Despite leaving one spec in my hallway the first time out, it picked up shreds of cardboard from my cat’s scratching mat, so I learned that one small spec is nothing. I did get that spec though. I told it to clean the hallway again and it got it then. This is simply a great functioning machine.
