I felt like I read the info on the product before purchase but after receiving it and trying it found that it only pinned locations now and then and did not actually show real time location. The item was of good quality but not what I needed it to be.

This is a great collar I am using on my kitten with Tile sticker tracker. I got his mainly because he likes to hide under the furniture and hard to find. When I play the sound via tile app I am able to locate him. Its mainly for emergency purposes.At the time of writing this my sofas wee being delivered and kitten ran out. he was close enough behind the bush where I can ring his tag from the app and hear it and locate him.great buy and also works with air tags.

I got this about 2 months ago for my indoor cat and only used a few times when I let her out and the white stitching is starting to come loose and has a sharp plastic thing poking out of it that I'm worried could scratch her neck.I thought since this was so new I forgot to cut a plastic tag off or something then realized it was the actual reflective stitching.Also I don't like this includes a bell and don't believe collars should come with a bell by default. There are a lot of dumb pet owners that would never take it off. Because I care about animals, especially cats, I take the time to consider they're POV and how I would feel if I had something that made a lot of noise every time I moved. Imagine what the cat is going through, especially with super sensitive ears and constantly jumping around, hunting, and all its other instincts. An animal would never have a bell in nature and making them go through that should be considered animal cruelty.UPDATE: Another sharp stitching came loose so now before I put the collar on, I check for anything that might stick or poke my cat's neck. Also, it's been a while since this review was written and the company never apologized or even replied. So apparently they just make cheap product with virtually no customer service or quality assurance.

This collar is perfect for my 8.5lb kitty but the collar also expands for larger cats. I like that this collar does not have that thick reflective line. I think the collar is soft, comfortable, and looks nice. The tile sticker holder is easy to use and removable to use on other collars. I wish they also sold the silicone holder by itself as well. The holder is very soft and light. I wonder how it will hold but for now this is exactly what I needed. My poor kitty had a hanging much larger tile from her collar, that she would dunk into her food. Now it's not in her way. Also I usually remove the bell from collars and this one can be easily removed but it's subtle so I don't mind. This is perfect for cats. I researched other tracking devices and they are just too large and many don't have the collar holders. I've used tiles for a long time and they do work but need to buy one every 3yrs bc battery is not replacable. They are not too expensive though. The tile sticker is the smallest and lightest there is. This collar came with the removal holder and with a small mouse, just as pictured. Thank you 🙏🏼!

I have used EVERYTHING on my cats over the last 10+ years as technology has come out and I have finally found just the right fit! Kitty Kompass has made a design that actually works on a thin cat collar and does pull on their fur. Other tracker holders are just too big. My cats figure out a way to chew them off or they create a dread of hair around their collar area as fur gets stuck in the excess material of these bulky cheep silicone holders that are made for dog collars.I have very fluffy cats so the photo might not show the black and blue collars that I purchase as well as a prospective buyer would like but it also shows that the Tile sticker tracker with this collar/holder is more appropriate than larger trackers. The Apple AirTag is just a bit larger but can only be tracked by one user, which doesn’t help my family find out cat(s) when they escape outside or are hiding somewhere in the house. I love that the Tile sticker can be paired with our Alexa and shared with multiple users on the app. The design of this cat collar / tracker holder is very small and light, which is appropriate for a small animal like a cat.Our kitten got outside last night and the the timing of getting this item and getting the tracker on him was perfect. I was able to locate him quickly and bring him in safely.I wish that I could just purchase the actual Tile holder to go on the collar as I like having colors that Kitty Kompass does not offer yet (Grey, silver or white) but I will purchase these if these colors become available.
