The wagon appears to be of good quality. The cloth is heavy duty and the wheels are very strong. I used the wagon to take a couple of chairs, refreshments, and cushions to the beach. Found it a bit difficult dragging it through the sand but it was still better than carrying all my stuff under my arm. I also used it to carry a couple of 6 gallon water containers from the tap to my campsite. It worked great. The size is what I expected and it folds up to a very compact package. It is fairly heavy though. The thing that I had the biggest problem with however was the shipping. I purchased this item on prime day (July 16). I recieved the wagon on August 3. This item sat in the "ordered" status until August 2 and then it changed to shipped and was delivered the next day. It was advertised as 1 day delivery and fulfilled by Amazon yet I waited 18 days to get it. I do pay for Amazon prime and I expect better service than I received from Amazon. It seems that because I ordered it on prime day, I would get a small discount but I would be inconvenienced for it by waiting an unnecessary amount of time for delivery. Shame on you Amazon.

We got this for our field lacrosse games, it's amazing. Easy to fold up and put together. It glides across the grass like a charm. Even takes the curbs with ease.

Ive been wanting to get a collapsible wagon for a while because i leave in a high building on the last floor up and bringing in the groceries is not always easy. I have no regrets, the part of the trolley that can be left open is useful specially when camping or a day at the beach

So far I absolutely love this wagon. It folds up so compactly and easy to wheel or lift and carry with the case that comes with it. It is very easy to set up for use. It is huge on the inside for hauling stuff. And I love how the back can open up for longer items. It turns and maneuvers so easily. It seems very heavy duty, built well. I love the adjustable handle and I love that it locks into place. And you can't beat the price for this kind of size and quality. I absolutely love this wagon. I feel it will last me a lifetime. Thank you for providing such a quality product for a reasonable price.

We had trouble collapsing it enough to squeeze the cover on it. But a bungee cord could do the trick I guess.

This wagon is worth the money. The size is great, it's sturdy, and the tailgate is an added benefit if you need more space. Great purchase, I've used mine to help me move, transport groceries, a photo shoot for my baby, I love it.

background: I'm a big fan of owning a portable wagon(Mac Sports XL Folding Wagon, older version) to help move groceries into the apt, moving things from my apt to my car, taking out the trash and etc. I've used a standard portable wagon for several years and I felt it was time to upgrade my wagon with more features. I ended up ordering this portable wagon with tail gate.Positive: It's slightly longer and deeper than my Mac Sports XL. The pull bar doesn't fall to the ground, it has a strang that stops it mid way, the tail gate is a blessing because you can stack items that are longer than the wagon (very helpful with items that are long like a bed matress or folded boxes or etc), the wheels have brakes for easy parking. This Timber Ridge is basically the wagon 2.0 for me. The wagon does come with a case covering and the wagon has straps to lock it in place. The wagon does stand on it's own when folded (a major plus). The body structure of the wagon is sturdy and durable.Negative and suggestions: I wished the wheels were made of rubber because rubber does so much better on different terrian than plastic wheels. Rubber wheels are more durable and if you were to pick up the cart and accidently drop it, the rubber wheels will absorb better shock than plastic wheels. It's slightly heavier due to the material and features but it's not a deal breaker. I wished this wagon had a push bar feature as well (Pull and push combination wagons).Overall, this cart is a big upgrade from a standard portable wagon. It's a good buy!

I loved at a lot of wagons before purchasing this one. Everyone seems to have red wagons so I liked getting a pretty, but not popular/common color. I love the side pockets. I wasn’t sure if I needed them but I use them a lot for the little things, like pens, that fall to the bottom of the wagon and are a pain to dig around to find. Also perfect for paperwork and a clipboard.I also chose this style for the wheels. Will be using it camping and wanted sturdy wheels for rough and muddy terrain.I love that it folds into a compact rectangle for storage. However I couldn’t figure out how to get it back into the small compact shape to get the Velcro straps around it. Instructions were not helpful. I found a YouTube video made by a teenager that taught me the tricks to putting it away. There is a trick and it has to do with pointing all 4 wheels in a specific direction. If you don’t have the wheels pointed in the correct direction you cannot put the wagon away as designed. So I’m only giving it 4* for the poor instructions. Otherwise no complaints so far.
