Your bandsaw will cut better and faster, with less wear on bearings, shafts and tires. Tooth angles and gullet symmetries, combined with a unique set pattern, create a blade that is everything a wood-cutting blade was meant to be. Blade has over 60% of the speed capabilities of a hook blade while giving you the great finish of a skip. The round design of the gullet eliminates any work hardening zones. Couple that with the special 6.5° rake, 5-tooth set pattern, and .025" thick thin-kerf blade and you have an awesome bandsaw blade!

It cut well but only lasted a few days before the weld snapped

My saw is more functional with this blade. It made an impossible job possible - resawing 4" reclaimed fir on my 14" 3/4 hp bandsaw.

Great blade. First thing I did was test it in some 12/4 mahogany and it was smooth and straight. Used again on 12/4 walnut to resaw with a straight edge guide and it worked great.

Worth the money! Cuts like crazy. Finish is ok and cuts are straight and flat if you follow th3 detailed mounting instructions. At first I mounted the blade too far back and rubbed my plastic guide so had to adjust and from there it was great.

I've tried 4 different blades on my bandsaw to try to get some cuts on from wet Ironwood. 2 blades actually made it 6" before smoking, the other 2 maybe 3".With this Timber wolf, I got 4 4"X4" cut up on a POS bandsaw. It started to slow a little so put on a "high end" Olsen blade. Stopped it after 6", put the dull Timber back on and finished up the 4"X4".It cuts Arizona Desert Ironwood. Any questions?

this is the best saw blade i have used. great for resawing on my 14" porter cable. the paperwork says that 1/2" is the parges that will fit but i was able to use this 3/4" blade without rubbing and it absolutely rips through 6" of very dry cherry like butter. very quiet and super smooth finish. once dialed in there is very little sanding for a perfect face. with my last blade, i lost tons of material as i had to run everything through my planer again just to get a workable face. I'll be buying more Timber Wolf blades in the future

Just got through cutting a cherry log into boards. Extremely hard wood and the band saw blade wasn't phased a bit by it. Cut straight without wandering. A run through the planer and the boards were good to go. One caution; be careful unwrapping the blade. It is extremely sharp and even with all the precautions I took, it sprung open suddenly and cut my fingers a bit. The blade is much more expensive than other brands. However, I will buy them again because of the quality.

You can see that this is a quality product as soon as you look at it. It ran true on my band saw and cut straight. Unfortunately, my bandsaw was out of adjustment and the blade drifted off of the top tire and ran up against a metal surface, dulling it almost immediately. But... with a Dremel tool and a grinding bit designed for a chain saw, I was able to resharpen this blade in about 10 minutes, all 300 teeth. It worked great after that. I was able to cut through 5 1/2 inches of pressure treated pine without a problem, even after I nearly ruined it and then resharpened it. I like this blade. Note that resharpening it required 3-4 of those chainsaw sharpening bits for my Dremel tool. Can't blame that on the blade.

I ordered this for my 14" Jet 1HP Bandsaw and while I was impressed with the cutting action and tracking for resawing, I don't think my saw is powerful enough for this blade. I actually acquired this saw with a generic 3/8" blade with 6 tpi and found it actually cut quicker, but wandered horribly. I've since added the riser block for this saw and bought the larger Timber Wolf blade but in 1/2" size with 4tpi and I think it is much more balanced for this saw. In my limited experience, I think larger motor saws should be able to handle this blade without issue... 1HP saws may do better with a narrower blade.

I bought this for my Grizzly GO555 14" bandsaw. I needed a blade for resawing. It is a replacement for the identical blade which I accidentally damaged. There are some reviews that speculate that this blade is a knockoff due to the price. My previous Timber Wolf blade came from a well known national distributor and was packed in exactly the same way, no identifying info on the blade. The two blades side by side look identical and have the same feel. I installed the blade, I'm quite particular and first tested it on a piece of 2" red oak. It cut a 1/16" thin piece from a 30" board with no drift and cut very rapidly and cleanly. I next tried resawing a 3 1/2" x 28" curly maple. The blade cut it cleanly, and straight with no drift. My micrometer showed the cut piece had 1/100" variation between one end and the other. I used the fence that came on the saw, not even a resaw fence. This is a great resaw blade. Installed properly it will do a quick, clean job of resawing. As with any Timber Wolf blade reduce blade tension about one blade size on the gage. Mine is set at the 1/2" mark rather than the 3/4" mark. Center the blade on the bandsaw tires and the guide bearings on the center of the blade and you should be able to resaw without drift.Complaints have to do with Amazon not the seller. Your package tracking is a mess. I didn't get notification from Amazon that the package had been shipped until after is was delivered. If you can't do better than three days behind don't bother. And what is wrong with using USPS, UPS tracking anyway. They are way better at tracking than you are.
