I tow a 45 foot fifth wheel trailer with a Tongue waight at 4000 pounds. Got rid of my airbags due to maintenance. These are plug-and-play, use and forget. Wish I had done it earlier. I always try and take the cheaper route and end up happy with the investment in the long run.

These work extremely well to help reduce movement when towing my travel trailer. I set them up with the included spacer so there is minimal sag in the rear of the truck with the 8000 lb trailer attached. Noticeably less sway, even with the Blue Ox hitch connected. Better level ride. They are great. Only down side is with the spacer the unloaded ride is a little more stiff, but considering the improvement when towing they are worth it.

I don’t write many reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. Bought these for my 2022 F350 and they work awesome! I tow a 13,000 lb. Fifth wheel and had some definite rear end squat even though I was not over weight for the axle. Was a little skeptical of these but seemed a lot easier and cheaper than doing airbags so I gave it a try. All told from unboxing to final installation was about 30 minutes. Helpful hint, I assembled them first, then used my Jack to raise the rear end a couple inches while still keeping the wheels on the ground, just to create a little space between the axle and frame. Unbolt the factory bump stops and bolt these on, simple as that. These work exactly as advertised, no more squat, so better handling and braking. Have towed my fifth wheel over 2000 miles since installing and very happy with these. Highly recommend, this is a great product!

These look all right and appear to do the job. Unfortunately, after installing one in my 2023 F350 Tremor found that it would be engaged all the time which was not my intention. I tried without the extra support to cut about 3/4” but didn’t like the proximity with the transmission and decided to give up. My intention is to have it engage only when towing. I will try with the F250 version that are shorter and may only engage when loaded/towing.Update: tried with the F250 version and everything is working better than planned. It only engages while loaded (I tow a 15 klb 5th wheel TT) and it has significantly improved my ride when towing. I was more or less undecided with the air bags but this system exceeded all my expectations.

While pulling my 28’ toy hauler with my 2019 F350SD, I experienced an excessive amount of pogoing on my last trip. I had to slow down to 55 to keep it minimal. I had looked at timbrens, now was the time. Measured and did not use the 1/2” spacer. Added 1/2 inch lock washer and mounted timbrens to brackets. Jacked up rear using bottle jack below the hitch about 3”. Tires still on ground. Removed OEM bumpers using 18” extension. Installed timbrens. Lowered jack and have over short 3/4” gap. Should have little impact on normal driving unloaded. Can’t wait to hitch up and go!Will update after 1000 mile trip.

I was getting the dreaded rear end sag when hauling my fully loaded 16 foot equipment trailer, or the travel trailer and 2 quads on my F350. Was contemplating airbags again, but for a fraction of the cost, absolutely ZERO maintenance and perfect stock ride when I am not hauling there was no second guessing this purchase. 15 minutes to install and I could not be happier.Timbren makes amazing Canadian made products, and stands behind them. You will NOT be disappointed.

I have used timbren bump stops on 2500 gmc Jeep gladiator and now 3500 super duty I was pulling a travel trail with the Jeep and with the other two a fifth wheel trailers . The timbres level out the the vehicles but don’t destroy the ride quality. The gmc were the easiest to install the Jeep the hardest. To my surprise the ford was easy took a little longer that the gmc but easy . I have used air shocks and they work but the bump stops are easier with less hassle down the road

Def get these if you are looking to save money instead of airbags. Only problem is that they make your truck bouncier on smoother roads but they absorb the big bumps better

Install was super easy and having many air bag setups on previous trucks even one with an full air ride figured I’d give these an try. Easy to install on my 18 F350 single wheel. They only allowed truck to squat 1.5” when loaded and rides pretty good. Harsher than bags that tend to float across bumps but bags when unloaded still apply pressure so makes your unloaded ride stiffer and little bouncy. These ride same as OEM unloaded which is an plus but for my application I need to remove the half inch spacer as even though I’m unloaded it’s only got about 1/4” space which allows them to touch when going over most bumps in road making it an harsher ride unloaded. Removing the spacer will allow more squat when loaded but also allow them not to touch while general driving at least 3/4” spring travel. Half cost of bags with no maintenance and easy install is why I turned to these. Time will tell on rubber life of them. Understand every truck is an different weight setup with options so mine having bed cover, small tool box and spray in liner adds weight to the unloaded stance thus the removal of optional spacer is an must.
