Great little thing, I'm trying to use my phone less. However, I would love to be able to use patreon on it, I can't tell if you can add apps or not. It does move slowly but I feel like that's good

Remember the iPod Touch? This kinda gives off those vibes. This is inexpensive but able to browse Spotify without any issues and even does a passable job at video if needed. It's essentially a super lightweight android phone sans cellular.I was personally really impressed by the value. It works and while it's slow compared to a modern phone, I've paid more for a cellphone case than this.

This kid's MP3 player is a cool idea, but in execution, I think it is far too limited for the current decade. Although clearly built on an Android operating system, this device comes with a selection of pre-loaded apps and that's it. No play store, no access to the right directories to install sideloaded apps from the web browser, nothing. On one hand it is very secure for a kid. They can't download other stuff, and you can delete apps the kid won't be using. On the other hand, I feel the inflexibility of this device's operating system restricts this to a first smart device status for young kids. A kid who has already been given a mainstream tablet or a parent's old cleared phone is already used to more digital freedom than this has. At least is has a web browser!

This item arrived the next day via Amazon Prime and was packaged in a simple carboard retail box that also included accessories (e.g., charge cable, wired earphones, wristband) and instructions.PROS-Plug and play design; simple to connect to a laptop or desktop and you can simply drag music files from existing folders to begin transferring them to the music player. I was also able to connect a Beats Audio speaker to the Bluetooth without any issue.-Being able to connect to existing music hubs is a huge benefit that a number of modern mp3 players do not offer.-While most of my collection is mp3, several were different file types and the player was still able to to detect at least some of them (FLAC, WAV, MP4).-80GB memory can be expanded. You could reasonably transfer and watch movies.-I like that you can use old school wired earphones through the 3.5 audio jack or connect headphones wirelessly via Bluetooth. There is also a USB-C port for wired earbuds but I was not able to test since I don't own that kind.-There are other features such as radio or audio books which I did not try but the screen on this is actually large enough (would still be quite small).-Asking price of $65 CAD seems quite reasonable.CONS-This is better for individuals who already have a music collection stored somewhere. If you are building a music library from scratch just for this device, be prepared for a time consuming process.-Even if you have a music collection sitting around, just the transfer process from your computer to the MP3 player may take hours, and could easily take a day if you are filling the memory storage to capacity (would literally take tens of thousands of songs). More mainstream apps such as Apple Music and Spotify have certainly simplified the process.-Decent battery life; it says playback time upwards of 25 hours but I was not able to replicate anything near that.-I wish this would allow other apps than those that come preloaded.

I remember when I was in high school, all I wanted was an iPod Touch, and then I finally got one. I had it before I had a smartphone, and it was my media device. This device reminds me of that, except it's at a fraction of the cost. This reminds me exactly of that, except in 2025 the advancements in microprocessors has gotten to the point where an 'old' chip is good enough to be put into a device like this for well under $100.Except on top of that, it comes with a microSD card, and earbuds (also some nostalgia for when manufacturers would include that). If you're a parent and just want your child to listen to music, you can delete the apps within the device, and there is child settings as well. But it comes preloaded with all the major music listening apps. But like I was saying before with how amazing 'cheap' tech has gotten:I was expecting the screen quality to be terrible, and have barely readable DPI, but the colours are great thanks to it being an IPS display. It's the perfect device for:-Kids-Adults that don't want to risk losing or damaging their phones-Elderly/Non tech savvy people (all the main apps you'd want are preloaded on the screen)I would honestly say that it's so good for the value that it's almost stupid NOT to buy it.This is coming from somebody that is deeply invested in tech trends regarding advancements in microprocessors, and other 'geeky' fields. It's one of those things that makes you reevaluate your view on how affordable tech CAN be.

I've a longtime user of the Sansa Clip MP3 players, but unfortunately they seem to have been discontinued, and my model cannot be used with Bluetooth headphones. So I've been on the hunt for an inexpensive MP3 player with Bluetooth. When I saw this one available on Vine, I figured I would give it a try. (So yes, I requested this item for myself, and not for a child.)This is a very good unit for the current price of $44, and the fact that it comes with a MicroSD card makes it a good value in my book. I have not used anything with an Android OS before, but it's pretty intuitive. The one thing about this unit that catches the eye is the screen... it has brilliant color, and decent resolution. Loading my MP3's onto it and connecting my Bluetooth headphones was all very easy. Altogether, I'm pleased with this product, and in my mind its worth the cost. I have not connected it to our Wifi yet, so the functionality there remains to be seen. But so far, so good...

I love this thing. I wanted something for my kid to play audiobooks on that he could select for himself without needing me to navigate for him. To that end it works well. The OS is snappy, and for it's built in apps it has enough power to do whatever you need. It also has a great battery life, dropping to about 50% after 5-6 hours of use, mostly using its speaker. The only real drawback is that it only uses the installed apps, and there is no way to load more. This is an issue because-1. it only comes with Spotify Kids, so I'll have to make my kid a new "kids" account instead of having them use their normal account with all of their playlists and podcasts already on it.2. The built in music player is not ideal for audiobooks. While it does have an audiobook section of the app, which is great since files loaded in there at least it saves your place, this functionality is pretty limited. I have to add all the audio files for an audiobook one by one into it, which isn't too bad, except that even after that it does not group them by book, even though each book is in its own self-named folder. Instead it's just a long list of tracks which can be figured out by author or album sorting, but it's still messy. An older kid with some tech savviness can manage this 8+, but definitely not a younger kid.Overall a great product that just has a few limitations that keep it from being perfect.

This is fantastic little music player. I think the company is really selling it short by focusing on the the "kids mp3 player" aspect of the product. Yes, it has all those parental controls and ability to lock it down so your kid only has access to the apps you want, which is nice if you need that.I'm not a kid. I just wanted a nice little player to use instead of my phone. Holy wow does this thing fit the bill. I'm a bit of a techno-nerd so from here on out, I'll be speaking to my fellow nerds. When you open the box, the device is not locked down. The device runs Android OS. There's a file manager app built in, and it appears to see apk files copied in.There are built in apps for Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Audible and Kindle. That should be enough for most people, as these are the most popular services. I also run my own music server (it's private and self-hosted), and this little player had no issues at all playing streams from it.This player has a CHROME browser built in! Playing music through the chrome browser also worked. Also, just because I'm a techno nerd, I did try playing video with this little player. Technically, it did work but let's not get too excited. This is not a video player, as the screen will blank after a few moments of not pressing any buttons. You definitely will not be binging a season of your favorite tv show on this little guy.As the product description has detailed, you can delete apps. I deleted Spotify Kids app, because I'm not a kid. I don't have any kids. Next, I'll be ditching the rainbow wallpaper (there's a wallpaper setting in the settings app if you haven't locked it down). The player is so so tiny. I put it next to a stack of standard bicycle playing cards in the photo. It's just a smidge bigger than the playing cards, maybe a bit smaller than my iPhone 4. It's TINY. Tapping the screen feels a bit cramped but hey, I'll take it. This thing will go for a run much better than my big iPhone 12. As far as the device thickness goes, 30 playing cards high. A bit chunky for sure but I'm guessing that's because it's jam-packed with battery. I've been playing music on it for many hours over the last few days and the setting app is telling me there's still DAYS of battery left. Try that with your phone! In addition to the music apps I listed above, there's also apps for Local Music (from TF card, which is included!), FM Radio, Google Photos, Voice Recorder, E-Book Reader, Clock, Calculator, File Manager and Settings App (rather standard Android settings, Wifi and such). Before you delete any apps, you may want to verify that the apps can be reinstalled. I didn't check for this.Overall, I found this device to be amazing for the price. Ditch the kids wallpaper, delete the apps you don't need and it's a legit music player powerhouse!

My daughter has a long bus ride and I felt bad because other kids have phones. This gives her the ability to listen to music, look at photos I uploaded through the app and I think there is basic games on there. It does not put you on the internet if you don’t want it to

Update - was offered a refund for my issues, good seller response.Despite a strong Bluetooth and strong WiFi connection this mp3 player struggles to maintain a consistent connection to the Bluetooth speaker it’s just crappy. If I could do it again I’d spend a little more and get a reliable mp3 player, this one is frustrating. Also don’t plan to listen to the mp3 player by itself the sound quality is awful, you have to connect to headphones or a speaker.

Buena calidad respecto al precio; su punto débil es la duración de la batería. Importante: buscaba un sustituto de iPod que tuviera acceso a Apple Music y no me ha decepcionado.
