Wry comfortable and great back support. It looks and feel nice. I wear it to carry heavy boxes. The Velcro is very strong.

When I was having sudden and extreme pain in my lower back, which made it difficult for me to move about in a comfortable manner, I decided to utilize this back brace. I made the decision about a week ago to increase the intensity of my training program, and I began including row pulls with a weight of fifty pounds in my routine. I regret to say that I do not feel I was able to keep the appropriate posture while doing these exercises. I was met with a severe, acute agony in my lower back the minute my feet hit the floor the next morning as I took my first steps out of bed. This was the outcome of the previous night's circumstances. It was instantly apparent to me that there was a change as soon as I put it on. By providing considerable support to my lower back, the brace assisted in stabilizing the region and reducing the tension that had been induced by the earlier exercise incident that I had. I believe that the design of this brace is fantastic; it is designed to fit securely around the waist and lower back without being too restrictive, with the goal of providing support while still allowing for comfort.

I ordered this to help me with my sore back when I clean. It really felt good, but my biggest problem with the back brace is that it pushes my pants down. No matter what I do, because of the bending my pants wind up under the brace and when I stand up, down goes the pants.
