My son seems comfortable in them, if he pees a little it stays in, but a large amount will go through to the diaper cover I put on him. I got 18mon size with the 7-18mon package from the GoDiaperFree website & they're just slightly big around his waist, & I mean the slightest, they stay up. My son is 9mon in the 0.5 percentile for his weight & length. He's 26in & 14.8lb, so might want to size up with these if you have a baby actually in this size. The regular undies (not training undies) are more true to size since they don't have the extra cotton padding

I got it a little big but that was intentional, it takes just one pee so be aware, I like he seem to be super comfortable wearing it and more confident to move arround. RECOMENDED!👍🏽
