Very smooth action and ratcheting action. Almost no play in the ratchet at all and very little, almost no backdrag at all. This will be a great ratchet for those really tight areas. I would definitely buy again if and when needed.

These things are amazing. These wrenches fit almost anywhere, and the frictionless nature of them makes it easy to tighten fasteners in areas where you can't rotate the ratchet very far. Ideal for interior work and tight spaces in the engine bay. Very happy with them for the money.

I bought this mainly out of curiosity, to compare with other stubby 1/4 ratchet, looking for the ideal one for a specific job. I like it, it's very unique, but I don't think it will become my first choice 1/4 stubby ratchet. It does exactly what it says. One annoyance is that you have to swap the head the other way (flip it) to change directions. Not the end of the world, but takes a bit of precious time (auto tech here doing warranty work) if you have a job that requires a lot of swapping directions (engine valve seal replacement).As strange as it may sound, I also miss the ratcheting tactile feel and sound...if that makes sense. It is extremely smooth, and I'm not sure I really like or want that...but that is just me.Seems like a well made, nice product, and I will keep it, just not on the "top shelf" so to speak.

Nice set of micro ratchets. Able to get into the tightest of spaces. I especially like the lack of a little reverse that is always getting tripped the wrong way in the middle of a job.

Feel amazing in the hand, and easily held with the ball end handle. I won’t be using these on tight or rusted fixings, but where access is limited and the threads are clean these ratchets are really going to help.I couldn’t find any discernible back lash in the mechanism, can’t believe how little movement is required to engage the sprag clutch.Had these sent from the USA, as the price was very enticing, and took no time at all to arrive.
