Item is horribly made with terrible welds. It rocks a good quarter inch back and forth with no way to correct it. Should have just gone with Rogue in the first place. This is going back and Iām not going to try a replacement.

The 18 inch height of this plyo box is perfect for box/bench jumps, tricep dips, declined pushups, and much more. I love the sturdiness of the base and the material of the top. It really helps your shoes and hands to grip and stay stead. It arrived in a box that was pretty much the same shape as the equipment itself which I found to be really cool and clever. Overall, it's a heavy-duty, commercial gym grade piece of equipment that will allow your at-home workouts to expand beyond floor exercises. Great quality!

I like the Titan Fitness Box. I use the 18 inch box as a stepping platform. The stepping exercise strengthens my legs. I am 72 years old. I do not think I should start using boxes for jumps. Have a nice day.
