Bought this product for small project. Sealed it up and put away for next project. Went to use it again and it had solidified. Called to get a replacement but would not replace.

I only gave this 4 Stars because..., You'l understand later in my post. I'm more of a woodworking hobbyist & in the past I've purchased large jugs of glue only to end up wasting most of it when it gets hard anddries out. Seeing these in smaller containers I thought this might be ideal as I could use one at a time and store the rest until needed. As you can see from the photo they were all damaged in shipment. There was tape over the spout & even though they were also sealed in a plastic bag, this didn't stop the nozzels from damage & leakage which spread out over the other items in the same box. Titebond, if you see this one suggestion would be to have a plastic cap (like paint ships in) that locks ont the bottle. Regardless, it's a great product and if this happens to you, unscrew the cap and place a piece of plastic bagie over the opening then screw the cap back on sealing the contens and hopefully it will last a longer tiem if air can't get in to dry the contents out.
