Did what it’s supposed to do stop a leak in my metal roof…

I used the sealant for a metal roof flashing. The product was easy to use, it flowed evenly from the tube as expected and created an excellent seal. A heavy rain storm the next day tested the seal and it passed with zero leaks.

So I used this to seal several vents and pass-throughs on a metal shop (not technically a roof, but essentially same material) and it worked pretty well. The color seems a bit darker than what is shown on the listing, it's a pretty dark gray. It's also a little hard to control. It's not runny, but for caulking the consistency is pretty thin. It makes controlling it a little more challenging than standard caulking. Hopefully that means that it will flow into gaps a little better than it would otherwise and seal even better. I can't confirm if that's the case or not though. It does have a screw on nozzle which I think is nice, but I can see why others might not be a fan of it. Overall though, nice product, works well for the intended use.

Just finished a 30x40 agricultural building using used and sometimes pitted metal roof. Sealed pin holes and seam leaks easily. Dries quickly and can be applied in any temperature above zero

This stuff stops leaks and stays flexible in hot California summers. Glad I tried it. You will be too. Worth every penny.

I had the gutter seams on a metal building I own sealed. The contractor that did the work said this will be his go to sealer. Since then I have used it on a roof wind turbine install and a few other places like around windows with excellent results.

I repaired rusted leaking sections around some of the screws on my metal barn roof. Works perfectly using small (6 x 6 inch) metal patches (cut from metal roofing sheets of the same profile) and placed over the top of the corroded (and cleaned) areas. Just run a bead of sealant inside the outside edges of the patched area before securing the patch in place.

Seems to work fine, but it's way closer to white than gray. On galvanized barn tin it looks white and sticks out like a sore thumb.
