not really what I thought it was going to be. It was pretty uncomfortable for me to wear it made my chest seem even larger, which was uncomfortable and the plastic you have to put into the bra which was not easy.but once it's on it, it's OK. But not something I would wear in scrimmage, which is unfortunately what I got this for, but I got other things to help instead.
