I do boxing training and these weighed gloves are perfect for working the heavy bag. They provide additional resistance which can be immediately felt in the scapula. (Shoulder blade) If you're trying to gain hand speed I definitely recommend these gloves.Also, if you have thick forearms these weighted gloves may feel snug to you. The gloves in my pic are large and still feels snug.

Great gloves again, had them before. I recommend getting the large ones! I'm 165lbs 6ft and the REGULAR size is still to small for my forearms, LARGE IS BETTER. Great gloves, increases speed, power shoulder strength and explosiveness. Feels amazing when you notice the results and feel them to!

These gloves are good for the price and just what I needed for a good workout with weights, actually wish it was even heavier, but it's still good. The only thing is (and this not a knock on the gloves since this is how a boxing glove is), I wish they made an MMA glove of this weight or heavier that allows you to still use your fingers! Without the use of fingers, you'll need someone to help you lock down the velcro strap, I feel handicapped. I end up using the gloves without locking it down with the velcro since I'm just using the gloves for the exercise and don't mind it being loose.

These gloves are my love, my punching speed and power has gone thru the roof within just 3 week! My arms are more toned up and vainy to. I'm an amateur boxer. Great gloves! They are comfortable and when you take the weights out the gloves are so light!! I love title boxing
