Not as advertised, after it broke the PO33 was tested with a voltage meter and it's 5.2 and not the advertised 3 so it blew the device making it completely ruined. When the company is messaged they don't respond. A replacement battery has been sent but it doesn't replace the $99 device it ruined.

The product is great and works just like it should. Only complaint I would have it the length of the power chord. Wish it was just a little bit longer.

This solved the issue of needing to replace the batteries on the pocket operator. I normally use the pocket operator at my desk or laptop so the usb cable made it convenient to plug and go.
