Started a punching bag cardio regiment awhile ago. As a newbie I just was using gloves and wraps. My knuckles were constantly bruised and swollen and I thought “this is just what you have to go through in the beginning”. Man I was wrong. These things instantly changed my mind. Get them, especially if you’re just starting out. You’re hands will thank you
