The TMA Advance Belly Pad is not your regular belly pad. It's lightweight and durable with robust strap system minimizes movement. It's made with high impact Gel integrated padding. The most comfortable, protective and anatomically correct training body protectors manufactured. Gel integrated molded hard wearing outer with super shock absorbing inner almost 3" of multi-layer high density padding with additional 1/2" thick low density foam targets on the front and sides. Honestly not what I expected i think if your training your child it would be great but for an adult not a good idea the punches will hurt
