Very nice item i put 2 of them on my sleep mask just for fun and yes it does have an adhesive back you just need a good finger nail or a pick and the paper comes right off so qhen i am sleeping i will be glowing 😀

These look great in the day but do not glow at night which defeats the point of them. Not as big as imagine portrayed.
