I made one myself from scratch a few years ago for my mother in law, but looking at it now I can’t believe I did lol. Painting, spacing, screwing in all those eye hooks by hand, so close together, screwing 2 holes in each 1” square… just get this kit!Purchased this kit for grandma’s birthday present and couldn’t be happier. We used hearts for her and grandpa, and the rest circles, rather than doing an alternating pattern in case anything changes. The hearts are taller than the circles so it can throw off the even look. Bear in mind the circles are unpainted so won’t look like the pic unless you paint them (I wouldn’t bother). I used my Cricut for the name and the number on the front, and we put the years on the back. Very happy!

I bought this for a gift, but I wouldn't mind having it myself. The plaque is nice. It doesn't look cheesy or cheap. It comes with tons cut outs and hardware to link and hang the pieces. There are enough to accommodate any and all of one's occasions and still use some for decorations. And looks like a fun activity.
