I am about 5'2. I was debating between a small or medium, but I wanted the length to hit under my knees so I went with a medium and it was perfect. It is such a cute skirt and the quality is nice. You can either dress it up to be more professional, or with a t-shirt to make it more casual, or a a fancy blouse to make it black-tie/date-night appropriate. I really like this skirt.
