WARNING!!! THE AIRLINE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WILL CONFISCATE THIS ITEM IF THEY CATCH YOU USING IT!!! Especially the Asian airlines. I have had three of these removed from China Airlines, Korean air, and now Japanese airlines just last week. The mattress most definitely works. My son slept on it for about an hour and a half before the flight attendants forced me remove it. I don’t think they have a really good reason as to why we have to remove them, they just have it as a rule that you can’t have it. As far as the product goes, I gave it a five star rating because I do think it’s a great product. But if you use it on the airline, you’re gonna lose it. Or at least they will make you deflated and put it away.

I ordered this for my three year old son as you will be going on a 17 hour flight one way. It took me a while to review this because I want to be as accurate as possible. I reached out to airline company yesterday and they said that any type of inflatable is not allowed in flight so this becomes useless. I love how easy it is inflate and we actually have trial tested this with my son and he liked it, it provides him comfort enough space to sleep during long hour flight, but unfortunately, if you’re planning to order this , check with your airline company first if they will allow this because I reached out to a page for traveling with kids and they said that most of the airlines don’t allow this.

I only give it 4 stars because it has so many parts and it’s not that light so it takes up weight in my luggage,

Blower is very quiet. Didn’t have an issue hooking things up to blow it up. Very firm but not hard to disconnect the tub and plug it. So you aren’t loosing the air to get it set up. Construction is sturdy. I’m not worried about it being popped easily by things or bounced on and popping. Very easy to pack away quickly and into the bag for leaving the plane. Doesn’t take up a lot of room in a book bag or diaper bag.

I am very impressed with the airplane bed. It came super quick and in a nice box. The kit includes everything you need, making it much easier to use.I would also use it not only for the airplane but also for any event or visit to the family since there are not always equipped with baby items. Perfect for a nap. Also, the blanket is so cute! When you are blowing up, it has large valves with small valves on top so would use the pump to get it mostly blown up and then the smaller valves to blow up the rest of the way. The large valves make it super easy to deflate. This bed is an absolute MUST-HAVE if you want to travel with your kids.

We purchased it for our 17 months old he was a little small for his size but still accommodated us. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. It comes with a blanket and the pump was very handy. Airlines didn't mind us having it for our 17 hours of flying.
