This fits all the essentials! I have about 8 diapers and a full pack of huggies wipes in ours! I was even able to fit diaper cream and a roll of disposable doggie bags. I keep this in the car so we are prepared for any trip! I don't find the sides hang down, the toggles hold the contents perfect for us! I love how long this is for my 10 month old, very easy to clean!

If you fill the pockets there is no way to adjust the closure and it will not fold up and close.... It would be an easy fix to make it more adjustable. The pockets are too big to accommodate the closure as it is. . I put 1 days supplies for my toddler in it. A bottle of lotion, 2 tubes of cream and 4 pullus and some a small hand sani. I couldn't get it closed. Smaller diapers will probably fit but not larger sized ones or pull ups. Very disappointing. The plastic on the buckle clasp splintered a piece off on my first time closing it. It's really not great quality. With it being fairly full it will rip pretty quickly the fabric feels thin and cheap on the pockets and the buckle is sown to that, and I'm guessing the buckle won't last either. Also the strap on mine looks nothing like the pictures. I want to love it. Debating a return, but my toddler is almost potty trained and I am hoping to possibly make it work for the few months I bought it for. I was hoping to pass on to a friend but I doubt it will last long enough for that.y.sugfestion is to spend more and get something else. I shouldn't have known that the price was too good.

This is one of the better designed diaper changing pads: not only it conveniently folds in a clutch that can be opened with one hand, but it also has "wings" so that baby won't touch potentially germy surfaces if you are changing them outside of home, and the compartment with diapers, wipes and other necessities is above baby's head - they won't be able to interfere with the changes :)The changing pad is waterproof, and wipes clean easily.The elephant pattern is adorable!

UPDATE (July 13, 2023): I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 because, despite the awkward pockets, I use this changing pad almost daily and can't imagine not having it. With use, it's become much easier to fold it neatly, and I found that if I fold it with the pattern on the backside and keep the pockets empty it looks really great. The size has been really perfect for my growing toddler, and it's very durable. I do wish it had more padding for the uncomfortable bathroom stall changing tables, but most often try to change on other softer surfaces where that doesn't matter.Original review:The changing pad that came with our diaper bag completely fell apart, so I was excited about trying this one.It came vacuum packed in a tiny bag and needed at least a few hours to fully decompress. The swan design is very pretty, and the length and width (wings) are a comfortable size for my (almost) one year old. I appreciate the pattern and durability of the stitching as that has been the problem with my other changing pads. The thin strap at the top unsnaps on one side, and is great for attaching to a stroller, chair, within a car, etc.On the downside, the pad is super thin, almost to the point that it doesn’t feel padded. Because it’s thin, it does fold well, and is super portable. But, I’ve found it challenging to fold neatly. When folded into a rectangle (with the pockets empty) it is 9x14 inches in the front, and 8.25x14 on the backside, with an awkward front overhang. It becomes even more awkward when you fill the pockets with stuff. The pictures I took are of the product filled with two cloth diapers and one nearly empty pack of wipes. I hadn’t even gotten my phone or wallet in there and it’s sagging quite a bit. If you want to actually use the pockets, just be prepared that they may be visible. (And PS: the pockets are too narrow for cloth diapers, so I actually have them in the longer pocket underneath.) I think sewing some snaps on the front edges and middle could make this look a lot better.

Really wasn't sure how well this thing would perform when we ordered it, but it has surprised me so far with how much it can carry while not overwhelming its flimsy carry strap. This pad arrives vaccuum-sealed and the pad expands a little bit after being allowed to unfurl and breath for a few minutes. At which point the pad is plenty plush enough for the quick change out in the wilderness of retail stores, parks, and restaurants.The pad's texture is pretty slick, which makes for easy cleaning of lighter stains, but if worse REALLY comes to worse the whole thing can go through the wash and dries out pretty fast.***The Construction***Once we unfolded, one of my biggest concerns was whether or not the stitching on the pockets, which regularly get crammed full of diapers, will hold up. Honestly, they LOOK like they're going to rip or fall apart, but they're surprisingly resilient. I even gave crammed them full and gave the pockets a few tugs on the material where they adhere to the pad, but they held up. So, here's hoping they really do hold up to the rigors of time..Another potential pain point I spotted was the use of a snap button on one of connecting spots of the carry strap. I'm not sure WHY there's a snap button there, it's like the thing is begging to come undone and be dropped. But even bouncing and swinging it a couple of times the strap stayed snapped together.Otherwise, this thing holds quite a bit and the Swan design is pretty nice for a diaper/changing pad.***Overall Value***At the time of review, this pad is just $16 which isn't bad for a nice surface area and carry pack for changing gear. The fact that it looks nice too, is convenient, but honestly it's a pad regularly getting baby poop on it, so I'm not all that worried about its outward appearance.
