Bought these for my daughter so she could play in the rain without ending up soaked. Well, she ended up getting soaked. These are 100% NOT waterproof. Not even water resistant after 10 minutes.

If these were regular waist height or high waisted as snow pants should be, you could roll them over once and they would make sense. But by the time they fit, they’re going to be hip huggers and snow pants low on the waist.

I purchased these for my toddler granddaughter who lives in the Pacific Northwest where the weather is wet, rainy and snow conditions. These are perfect for hiking, beachcombing or just general wear in winter weather. The light purple is a pleasant shade and the border flower accent is sweet. Highly recommend.

We use these for toddler ice skating lessons. They keep my kids dry so they can focus on skating and not panicking that they've wet themselves. Then pull them off, throw 'em in the bag, and we're dry and ready to get in the car.

This awesome pants made a big difference for my daughters walk experience. She can’t miss a mud puddle on our walks and now she can enjoy playing outside without getting boots wet. I would recommend those pants.

The pants are cute, waterproof, and lightly lined inside. My son loved the dinosaur pattern we got. My only complaint is that the Cuffs have elastic unlike a Columbia pants that had velcro which you could loosen and tighten. The only problem with this is that the bottom of the pants end up inside rather than outside the rain boots because it's hard to get the elastic over the top of the rain boots. Anyone who's ever done some serious puddle stomping knows that if the rain pants go inside the rain boots the rain boots fill up with water, which is what happened. My son was soaked from the knees down. Would work fine for snow or a situation in which there was less water flying around.

I bought these for my daughter as an outer layer shell for our daily walks in the park. Since it is fall/winter time it has been cold and muddy and these pants keep her warm, clean, and dry. I ordered one size up since I wanted them for an outer shell and there is still plenty of room for her to grow into them and the larger size does not hamper her adventurous nature. Love these pants!
