My son applied this to his baseball gloves. He has 3, outfield, infield, and catcher. They have different colors associated with them, but this worked well no matter what the color the leather was.

Actually, I used this product on the interior leather trim of a car and that worked out really well. It's fragrance is incredibly intense, and smells similar to that "new car scent".My complaint is that the bottles are a bit small - even for baseball glove applications - because a generous amount of product is needed to be properly work into leather. The size and the price-point is a turn-off for me.One last thing that I'll point out is that the product is advertised as being made in the USA. I'm doubtful of that because the poor English grammar used on the product's labeling would appear to betray that claim.

This TOFL Baseball Glove Leather Conditioner does a decent job of conditioning a softball glove. It smells like hand lotion, but it applies without any issues and the glove seems to soak it in. don't forget to shake well as the lotion separates a bit after sitting a while. My only minor issue was the foil cap that seals the lotion in the bottle (under the cap) came off inside the cap and I had to pour the lotion from the open mouth of the bottle and not through the application flip top cap. Very minor issue, not enough to dock any stars. I think with a pair of tweezers I could get the foil out, but as I said, it is not that big of a deal. I applied this to 2 softball gloves and I'm very happy with the product. I'm going to try the leather cleaner next.

Taking care of equipment consistently and properly contributes to success in any sport. In the organized sport I currently participate in, men’s softball, that means keeping my glove pliable, and properly shaped. Before applying the TOFL Glove Conditioner, I pretreated the glove with TOFL Glove Cleaner, as suggested by the seller. If you haven't purchased the cleaner, wiping the glove down with a moist rag before applying the Conditioner is recommended. Before applying the cleaner, I used a damp cloth to wipe down the glove, removing excessive dirt. I then applied, as suggested by the directions, a generous amount of the cleaner directly to the softball glove, rubbing it in with the supplied applicator glove; the glove is not supplied when purchasing the Conditioner alone. The cleaner removed a considerable amount of dirt as evidenced on the applicator glove, even though I had already removed dirt with a moist rag. Then I let the glove air dry.Next, I followed the same directions for the Glove Conditioner, rubbing a generous amount into the glove leather, covering a small area before moving on to the next. This further removed more oxidized leather. I again let the glove air dry, in accordance with the directions. The result? Well, like any liquid applied to leather, it darkened it, but I like the look of well-tended, worked leather. The glove leather does have a healthy, moist feel to it, and at the same time a residual surface coating, or that’s my impression anyway. The treatment leaves the glove with a strong, what I would describe as, citrus-y smell. The glove looks good; the TOFL treatment doesn’t leave the leather with an oily or wet look to it, like silicone or mink oil does.If purchasing only the Leather Conditioner, it is not supplied with an applicator glove as the Cleaner is, so the directions suggest a soft rag for application. The TOFL products do leave my skin with a dry feeling, so I put on a thin, medical latex glove to avoid contact.I’ve played 4 – 5 games since applying the TOFL, and it seems to be wearing well. The glove has remained pliable and after I wipe the game dirt off with a moist rag, looks like it did right after I applied the TOFL. I’m going to retreat it anyway, since I like my gloves well worked and soft. I’ll rate the product 5-stars based on my first impressions. If my opinion changes, I will update this review.

I'm not using this on a baseball glove. I got this because I wanted something that would protect something that is used A LOT. I am tall and not every chair fits me, and i found the PERFECT chair at an office supply store, but EVERY review of the chair said every great thing about it EXCEPT that the bonded leather wore off in a couple of years. So I got this for that chair, and wow, it really makes it look so pretty and feels so soft and comfy. So, here is how to use it on furniture: Follow the instructions on the bottle, PLUS: LET IT DRY THOROUGHLY, then I use a white cloth to buff it up to make SURE nothing gets on mu clothes. I used this on an older chair, and wow it REALLY soaked it up. And the old chair looks pretty good now. Anyway, it smells SO light and not at all chemically, and the smell goes away pretty quickly. I can't wait to see if it preserves this chair. So far, so good!

I've used this to condition my high end ball glove. Conditions well, moisturizing the leather without excessive darkening like many conditioners. Glove leather is well moisturized, soft and supple. My only suggestion would be clearer ingredient listing to know what you are actually using. I also used this on a couple of high quality hand crafted leather journals and the conditioner worked very well on these leather items also. Overall, very pleased with the performance of this product.

The bottle came packaged in a plastic bag with a deceivingly urgent label and QR code, directing the user to read instructions carefully before applying. Upon opening the link from the QR code, you are solicited again and again for personal information (name, email, mobile number, etc) before any "important instructions" are provided. I did not submit the personal info, and therefore did not get any additional instructions. Clearly the company is more worried about obtaining your personal information than providing any additional instructions. Its a shame, too, because I like the conditioner. Works well and did not discolor the leather on an old catcher's mitt I tried it on. Still would not recommend due to seller's questionable practices.
