I needed a compression sleeve for my tennis elbow. This is a thin fabric with no compression. I'm a small person so ordered a small, but it would hardly fit over my elbow. Very disappointed.

I have a tendon in my arm that has been getting progressively more painful; its probably tennis elbow. I have an adjustable strap with a small cushion that pushes on the sore tendon. It helps a lot, but it is bulky and unattractive. I ordered this sleeve to go under my work shirts and also to wear to the gym.When I first put it on, the upper grip that keeps the sleeve from slipping seemed overly tight and the compression sleeve part seemed much looser and less supportive than I would have expected. It felt like a tourniquet and a tube sock had a baby. I was not happy, but I gave it a try for a week. The upper grip section has relaxed to being tolerable after a week and the level of compression, while not as tight as I might like, does help quite a bit. It is completely hidden under my long sleeve dress shirts at work and works well at the gym (doesn't slip or bunch). Overall, the product is working as desired. The quality of material & construction is good and the price is reasonable for a brand name product. The pill-free pain relief is well worth the purchase price.

make sure you size up if you are right on the line for measurements, but other than that its a great product. i wash and then line dry once a week and they last for years without stretching out too much. these were a replacement for a pair i bought 4 years ago that i had put a hole into with my nail when pulling them on. i use them at work so wanted them to look nice with no holes, but kept that older pair as a backup as the sleeve itself still fits and works the same as when originally purchased.

May not work for everybody but it sure did for me. I wore it for about two months and then didn't have to wear it everyday after that. I don't know how, but it really works. RZ

Worked very well. A bit pricey but worth every penny. My arm is feeling much better after months of pain, I can say this helped a lot. For it to be effective, you must wear it everyday until the pain is gone and it is so comfortable you forget your wearing it.

I love this thing! I had a lifting related injury years ago and now my left medial epicondyle (i.e., the golfer's elbow tendon). This product provides a little support, but not so much that it creates a "spring" or lift-assistance. I wear only one of these on one arm and lift for about 7 hrs/week. I've never noticed an "assistance" or ease with the sleeved arm.What I DO notice is that the previously injured tendon no longer feels fatigued during heavy lifts or after long training sessions. The sleeve effectively keeps the joint warm and better optimizes blood flow (or so, I gather). The sleeve is not tight (I'm 6'3" with 18" arms and ordered XL, the L was tight but not uncomfortable whereas the XL is rather snug but won't leave a red mark at its ends on my skin).I used to feel discouraged from heavy lifts and long lifting sessions...but no loner.

I work as a sanitation worker for the last 15 years, and I've had tennis elbow for about 3 years and I have to say, this compression sleeve really helps relieve the pain. Ever since I started using it, I do not feel any pain at all, almost to the point where I forget about it! I might mention, if your considering on buying the Cooper fit, Don't!!! Its made of cheap spandex material, that literally ripped the first time I used it. Tommie copper is so much stronger and more durable. I would recommend this to anyone!

The product itself seems good and functions as listed. The one compliant I have, which others have stated as well, the letters and symbols on the sleeve do not stay on. As soon as I opened my sleeve I noticed over half of the stuff was already peeling. I don't see why they couldn't do this better, it seems really cheap. I was expecting it to peel but not before I even got to put it on.

I recently suffered a terrible triad elbow injury, breaks/dislocation/tendon & ligament damage, and have tried several sleeves to help with recovery. I've been using the sleeve to compress my elbow to reduce swelling post op. This is by far the best elbow sleeve I have used so far. I'm not sure if the copper adds any real benefit, but the fit is much more snug than a similar product from Under Armor. This sleeve is shorter than the picture indicates, I bought a medium and it is only 10 inches in length.Overall it has been a very helpful for my post op recovery. It significantly reduces swelling and pain in my elbow.

My husband hurt his elbow/bursa on his job 6 months ago it was a pretty bad injury he was off work for a few weeks. His injury has healed, but still has pain and discomfort some days are worse than others. He tried neoprene elbow braces, they really didn't take the pain away plus they would bug him after a few hours of wearing it, would leave a mark in the crease of his arm. I decided to order Tommy Copper Recovery sleeve when my husband was working 12 hours a day I knew his elbow was really bothering him. In fact I ordered it with a two day shipment. He loved this sleeve it made his elbow feel so much better and it helped the ache he had in his elbow. He liked it so much I ordered another sleeve so he could always have one clean. The sleeve is not bulky it is very comfortable to wear and it works it relieves the pain/discomfort.
